The Ultimate “Mind-Set” For Network Marketing Success

Everyone should read, and read often.

The problem with many network marketers is that too many network marketers get locked into “seeking” instead of “doing”, and they spend too much time “reading” how-to books and not “doing”, thus they do not make any progress towards succeeding and making lots of money in network marketing.

It’s almost as if they are addicted to seeking some “secret” or “better way” to do the business, instead of simply doing that which has been repeatedly proven to work.

Here is a fact, although network companies (and their products and pay plans) will constantly come and go, the only thing that has “changed” in network marketing over the past 20-30 years are the tools we use to communicate with our prospects and downline. Other than that, everything else remains the same.

Usually, these perpetual seekers are always chasing the next hyped-up network marketing training book or training program.

There are no “secrets” in the network marketing industry. There are no “mystical” or “magical” strategies or tactics. There is only that which has been proven to work, and that which will always work.

Still…too many distributors simply can’t grasp the fact that success in network marketing is based upon ten simple factors, and that those factors must be in place in order for distributors to succeed and make a lot of money in network marketing.

Ten Success Factors:

  1. You must join a network marketing company that actually presents you with the opportunity to succeed.

  2. You must receive competent and effective training, and it must be repetitive.

  3. You must hit your target market.

  4. You must design and implement your own 90-day business plan.

  5. You must be an effective leader to your downline.

  6. You must speak well and communicate effectively.

  7. You and your downline must produce large amounts of sales volume on an ongoing basis.

  8. You must be self-motivated.

  9. Your sales and marketing tools must be persuasive, and you must communicate persuasively.

  10. You must be honest with yourself. To be specific, at the end of the day, ask yourself this question, “Was I productive today?”

I feel sorry for those individuals who continue to seek instead of doing because they will always be “seeking” and thus they will fail to achieve their objective in the network marketing industry.
